Refund Policy for Digital Products

Quick summary: Because our products are digital, refunds are generally not available once you access or download the files. You may request a refund only if you have not accessed, viewed, streamed, or downloaded the content after purchase.

2) Nature of Digital Products

Digital Products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access after purchase (e.g., via direct download, streaming link, member area, or automated email). Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way once access has been granted.

3) Refund Eligibility (Before Access)

  • You may request a refund only if you have not accessed, opened, viewed, streamed, or downloaded the Digital Product after purchase.

4) Loss of Refund/Withdrawal Right Upon Access

  • The Digital Product is supplied immediately after purchase at your request.
  • Once you access the content, you irrevocably lose any right to a refund.

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK: by proceeding to access or download the content, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal (cool-off) no longer applies once delivery begins, in accordance with applicable consumer laws for digital content.

5) Non-Refundable Situations

  • Any order where our systems show the Digital Product has been accessed, viewed, streamed, or downloaded.
  • Change of mind after access, including “no longer needed,” “didn’t like it,” or “bought by mistake” once access occurred.
  • Failure to read product descriptions, system requirements, or compatibility notes provided prior to purchase.
  • Discounted, promotional, or bundle purchases after access to any included item.

6) Technical Issues

7) Fraud, Abuse, or Chargebacks
